We are a family-owned, licensed property management firm in Big Sky, MT.  With an extensive background in construction and home maintenance systems, we offer comprehensive home care unlike any other in town. Routine Services

  • Weekly review of mechanical room & interior critical home systems. This includes: heating & cooling, plumbing, electrical, and water filtration.

 

  • Weekly security systems monitoring and onsite management of independent contractors and servicers.

 

  • Weekly review of exterior: Propane level monitoring, lightbulb replacement, snow and ice removal, physical damage and wildlife monitoring.

 

  • Personalized grocery and supply delivery and stocking for residents and their guests.

 

  • Arrange for contracted services including but not limited to boiler maintenance, fire suppression system inspection, propane regulators, septic maintenance, pest control, hot tub maintenance, chimney sweep and more.

 

  • In-house cleaning service & routine maintenance of showers, toilets, handles, knobs, etc. This includes any handy-man tasks necessary to keep your home in pristine condition. Remodel projects are offered on contract with Jenks Construction LLC.

Specialty Services & Concierge

  • We will drop your vehicle at the airport or pick you and your guests up if you like.

 

  • We will assist in orchestrating any parties or events that you would like to host at your home.

 

  • We will pick up any UPS or Fedex items you would like delivered to your house, move them inside, and unpack if necessary.

 

  • Holiday preparation: If you would like to spend holidays at your Big Sky home, we would be delighted to install Christmas Trees, Menorah, lights or other decorations to help make your family holiday experience magical.

 

  • Specialized experience guide: if you and your family or your guests are looking for exciting and authentic Montana experiences, we would be happy to arrange tickets, reservations, and show you all the local gems in the valley: Rodeo, Ski Joring, Line Dancing, Yellowstone National Park insights, Horseback riding, ATV riding, World-class hiking, Local Hot springs, Concerts, and more!

Renovations & Special Projects

  • Interior & Exterior Remodel. Remodel projects are offered on contract with Jenks Construction LLC.

  • Special Projects including but not limited to: garden sheds, mail receptacles, bird blinds, decking, entry signs, and more. 

  • Handy-man tasks necessary to keep your home in pristine condition.
